Job Summary:

The role consists of 40 hours per week across 5 days. The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction and

supported to flourish

You will have the following experience, skills and attributes

-



Have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in Childcare. Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development. Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework. Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice. Ideally previous experience in a similar role Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
