Role Overview



We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly and passionate

Senior Early Years Teaching Practitioners

to work within various age groups within our nursery. Role Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm). A minimum of one academic year is required. Set Holidays: 9 work days at Christmas, 4 work days at Easter, 10 work days at the end of August and all bank holidays Start Date: September 2025 Salary: up to 35,000.00 (dependent on qualification and previous experience) Location: Cinderella Path, 153 North End Road, London, NW11 7HZ

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the day-to-day responsibilities of the class alongside the Class Teacher and/or Team Leader and other team members Supporting the team to provide a safe, caring and nurturing environment for all children Assisting in the planning, resourcing, setting up and implementation of creative, engaging and stimulating activities that meet the age and stage of development of the children Ensuring key children's observations and online learning journals (Tapestry) are kept up-to-date Complying with nursery policies and procedures at all times

Essential Requirements for the Role



Candidates must:

Have Right to Work status in the UK. Have a registered DBS certificate on the update service or have adequate documents to make an application. Have proof of an accredited qualification (at least NVQ Level 3) Have experience of working within Early Years Have a good understanding of, and be able to comply with the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework (EYFS) Have observation, planning and assessment skills that ensure the quality of learning is sustained Have an awareness and growing understanding of Ofsted requirements - particularly Safeguarding and Health and Safety Be enthusiastic and confident in their ability to engage children and extend their learning through play, enabling their emotional, social and educational development. Be committed to the safeguarding of children Be committed to equality and diversity

Applicants must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS certificate application and provide us with two reference contacts, one of whom must be your current (or most recent) employer.

Successful applicants will be invited for ain initial virtual interview via Teams.

Subsequent applicants will be invited into the setting for an interview day, which includes a tour of the nursery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
