Your Role

: As a Senior Educator, you'll be responsible for a group of key children. A strong understanding of the EYFS and the ability to form close bonds with children and their parents are essential.

Responsibilities

: Your role includes setting up activities, nurturing and creating safe spaces, as well as attending to the basic needs like feeding, changing nappies, and maintaining a clean environment.

Requirements

: A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education and experience in a similar role are mandatory.

Working Hours and Benefits

: With a starting salary of 27,629.65 per year, this is a 40-hour per week role. 4 full days, with flexible shift patterns including a day off or two half days each week as well as 7 weeks of paid annual leave. We offer performance-related bonuses, discounted nursery fees and free parking. We are also closed over Christmas, so you can relax, recharge, and spend precious time with family and friends.
