What You'll Be Doing

Manage electrical installations from inception through to successful completion Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded Review technical drawings and specifications while ensuring full H&S compliance Oversee cost control, financial reporting, and budget management Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership

Requirements:

Must have proven M&E

experience

Strong sector knowledge across Data Centres projects Deep understanding of electrical systems, building services, and multi-trade coordination Current knowledge of BS 7671, CDM regulations, and UK H&S legislation Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and teams Relevant electrical qualifications plus valid CSCS/ECS card HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering SMSTS, IOSH, or similar safety certifications Experience with BIM and design coordination Professional membership (IET, CIBSE, or similar)
