Senior Employment Solicitor - Northampton

A leading Legal 500 firm in Northampton is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor - or experienced Legal Executive - to join their highly regarded Employment team
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of quality matters within a supportive and progressive firm offering flexible hybrid working, a clear path to progression, and a competitive salary package
The Role

Advise on all aspects of employment law - both contentious and non-contentious - including TUPE, redundancy, contracts, dismissals, discrimination, and tribunal claims.
Manage a varied caseload across a diverse client base, including SMEs, corporates, and senior executives.
Take a hands-on role in client development and mentoring junior colleagues.
Support the growth and strategy of the wider employment team.

About You

5+ years' PQE in employment law (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive).
Strong technical skills and a commercial, client-focused mindset.
Looking for a role with leadership, autonomy, and long-term progression.
