We are currently seeking an experienced and proactiveSenior Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to join our team in Heathrow on a fixed-term basis. In this key role within the HR function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent HR advice and support to both employees and managers across a wide portfolio of sites and support functions.
As a Senior ER Advisor, you will provide professional, generalist HR support--guiding and influencing people managers to ensure best practice in line with company policies and employment legislation. Your work will play a vital role in minimising risk to the business while supporting the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives.
This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, line managers, and HR colleagues.

A typical day in the life as a Senior ER Advisor:
Manage the application of HR policy and practice providing expert HR advice on all people policies
Management of ER cases, ensuring risk is managed and mitigated, providing support when WJ is working with external third parties in respect of legal proceedings
Provide support to the ER Manager, mobilisation and Senior Business Partner teams on TUPE In and Out contracts
Support on all aspects of formal employee consultation arising from changes in the organisational structure
Provide timely and efficient Employment Law and Management advice for all transactional activity, Employee Relations and absence case work to HR colleagues, line managers and external stakeholders as appropriate
Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with managers, employees and external stakeholders
Maintain effective tracking, management and reporting systems to ensure the organisation has visibility and takes accountability for ER activities
Review working practices regularly in line with legislation change, case law and specific employee relations cases, ensuring any changes that may be required are advised to the ER Manager or Head of Shared Services
What are we looking for?
HR Experience at a similar level, within a background of managing employee relation matters
CIPD Qualified would be preferred
Effective team member who demonstrated flexibility in support of overall team effectiveness
Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholder at all levels
