Our

Senior

HR Advisor

will be:


Advising and supporting managers across the group on all things employee relations including performance, engagement, absence, leadership and change management Managing complex ER cases, including safeguarding, with confidence and care Leading on disciplinaries, grievances, and mediation with empathy and effectiveness Ensuring consistent, fair application of HR policies and best practices Collaborating on exciting HR projects and policy improvements Partnering other departments across the organisation to support the delivery of onboarding, talent development and offboarding

Requirements

Our

Senior

HR Advisor

will have:


Proven experience working in an

Senior HR Advisor

role within an industry that has allowed you to gain practical knowledge and experience in safeguarding Proven experience of confidently managing complex ER cases, including safeguarding CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent Strong demonstrable application and knowledge of UK employment law Confidence in supporting, coaching, and advising Managers in HR best practice Comfortable working independently and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment Values a creative, solutions-focused approach
This is a full time role based on-site at our office in Sunderland, 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday - Friday.
