Job Description

We are hiring for a passionate Massage Therapist with a minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly in lymphatic massage and Gua sha techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, therapeutic massage, and a deep understanding of stress management techniques. This part-time role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to assess and meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

Excellent adaptability with each client, to support their bespoke individual needs - providing high levelled service alongside results every treatment. Utilise stress management techniques to enhance the overall therapeutic experience for clients. Continuously update and expand knowledge of massage therapy techniques and industry trends through ongoing education and training opportunities. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in all client interactions.
Qualifications

Required Experience:

NVQ level 2, 3 in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC - OND or HND, VTCT, City&Guilds or equivalent qualification Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, with a focus on physiotherapy and lymphatic massage, Gua Sha Ability to present and articulate ideas in a personable, convincing manner Attention to detail Experience in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa Strong knowledge of stress management techniques and their application in massage therapy. Flexible availability, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules. Ability in creating and maintaining relationships to encourage repeat clients
