About Us

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Officer to support our Building Maintenance Service. You will be responsible for the Initiation, development, maintenance, and regular updating of our systems and procedures, both manually and ICT based, so good organisation, record keeping and confidence in the use of ICT to achieve the best practices is essential for this role.

You will maintain the financial and administrative processes, ensuring they are user-friendly and compliant to include the Payment Systems, Financial returns, Accounts receivables, Debt Management/CIS which will also include preparing financial statistical informative reports. The postholder will be confident in dealing with accounts receivables, raising invoices, account payables and ensuring all invoices are paid on time and correctly coded in addition to ordering and receiving of goods and services.

When required the post holder will undertake special projects on behalf of LBH Finance Team.

A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role.
