Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Senior Financial Accountant to join an excellent business based in North Warwickshire on a permanent basis. The hiring manager is looking for a personable and driven individual who will likely be promoted to backfill their own role in a 2 year period. You will be responsible for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing SOX testing \xe2\x80\xa2 Policy implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing balance sheets \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and coordinating processes
Role responsibilities of Senior Financial Accountant
- Supporting the European Finance function in achieving/maintaining a robust financial control environment
- Contract compliance reviews and remediating deficiencies in partnership with European teams
- Deliver integration with International and Global set-up
- Manage the annual internal control processes across Europe
- Drive and oversee improvement projects related to financial and policy compliance
- Support and drive the development and implementation of financial policies
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) with 1-2 years PQE
- Technically proficient
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
