Targetfollow Estates Ltd, a national property investment and development company, is seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Senior Financial Controller to lead its finance function. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of financial management, including statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
A varied position which will involve working with all departments to achieve the financial goals of the Board. Reporting to the Group CEO, the role requires the ability to communicate financial information in a variety of formats and to a variety of audiences both internally and external to the organisation.
Particulars
Salary:50,000 to 60,000 per annum subject to experience.
Hours*: 37.5 hours per week. Days of Work:Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch).

Key Responsibilities
Preparation of annual accounts for 25+ companies.
Consolidated accounts.
Cash flow management and projections.
Business partnering.
Annual budgets including Service Charge Budgets preparation and reconciliation.
Corporate tax compliance.
Loan compliance.
Company Secretarial.
Insurance.
Due diligence for acquisitions.
Chairman's personal tax and day to day finance management.
Management and development of Finance team.
VAT.
Projections for new business including financial modelling and business plans.
Due diligence and modelling for re-financing.
Bank account management.

Experience
Qualified by experience considered.
FRS102.
Industry and Practice experience (later is desirable but not essential).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
5 years post qualification experience.
SAGE Line 50 experience.
Desirable:
QuickBooks and Bluebox software.
Refinancing experience.
Previous experience in a property development company.
ACA/ACCA or similar.
