We're looking for an experienced

Senior Fire & Security Engineer

to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a

hands-on technical and supervisory role

, overseeing installations, maintenance, and project delivery on major residential developments -- including high-rise new builds and occupied housing sites.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in delivering fire and security systems across some of London's most prestigious residential developments. Your day-to-day will include:

Leading installations and servicing of fire alarms, evacuation alert systems, CCTV, access control, and related systems Working confidently in live, occupied environments as well as on new build sites Supervising junior engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards Reading and interpreting schematics and site drawings Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

What We're Looking For

Essential:

5+ years of experience with fire and security systems Skilled in installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and related technologies Proven experience in both high-rise buildings and occupied residential properties Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise others and ensure project delivery Knowledge of BS5839, BS8629, NSI/SSAIB, and BAFE standards Confident in fault finding and problem solving Valid ECS/CSCS (Skilled Worker or above), SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height & Manual Handling certifications Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK

Desirable:

IPAF or PASMA certification FIA training modules or manufacturer-specific training
