We are driven by five key values: Passion, Excellence, Skill, Collaboration, and Care.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and creatively driven Senior Florist to join our talented studio team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual with a strong design background in luxury floristry. You'll take a lead role in creating and delivering outstanding floral arrangements across weddings, events, and corporate contracts, while supporting and mentoring junior florists to uphold the highest standards of design and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the creation of bespoke floral installations for high-profile events, weddings, and luxury contracts. Interpret client briefs with creativity, skill, and attention to detail in line with the Lavender Green aesthetic. Mentor junior florists and freelancers, supporting their development and ensuring consistency in execution. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery. Oversee studio standards - maintaining cleanliness, stock control, and health & safety procedures. Champion sustainable floristry practices and explore trends to inspire seasonal campaigns. Assist in onboarding new florists with training and sharing of best practices.

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience in luxury or high-end floristry (events, weddings, contracts, or retail). A confident floral designer with a portfolio of high-quality work. Skilled in leading complex installations and managing fast-paced, large-scale set-ups. Comfortable mentoring others and helping embed a collaborative, value-driven team culture. In-depth knowledge of seasonal flowers, foliage, and current floristry trends. Computer literate with strong communication skills (verbal and written). A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic and creative environment.

Why Join Us?
