Senior Front of House | Gelato Parlour Management
Join our established team as the Senior Front of House Team Leader. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative leader to oversee the smooth, day-to-day operation of our popular Gelato Parlour.
This is a
full-time, permanent
opportunity to head up and inspire a talented existing team.The Role and Responsibilities:
Shift Management:
Oversee and coordinate the daily running of all shifts, ensuring exceptional service and product presentation.Team Leadership:
Work alongside and lead our existing parlour staff, fostering a positive, efficient, and high-energy work environment.Customer Experience:
Ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered consistently.Operational Excellence:
Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.Creative Input:
Utilize a creatively minded approach to product display and store presentation.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Experience:
A minimum of2 years of proven experience
in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality sector (e.g., cafe, restaurant, retail food service).Leadership:
A confident and competent leadership style with exceptional interpersonal skills.Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage staff and interact with customers.Passion:
A genuine enthusiasm for the food/hospitality industry, with a flair for creative presentation.Working Hours:
Contract:
Full-Time, Permanent.Schedule:
5 days out of 7, including requiredweekend and evening shifts
