The Role

We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Front of House Supervisor to lead our restaurant, bar, and reception teams. You'll oversee all aspects of front of house operations -- from managing guest check-ins and check-outs to ensuring smooth and efficient service across dining and bar areas.

This is a key leadership position in a busy, guest-focused environment, requiring excellent organisational skills, a calm approach under pressure, and the ability to motivate and support your team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the front of house team across the restaurant, bar, and reception areas. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome and farewell. Oversee restaurant and bar service, maintaining high standards and smooth coordination with kitchen and housekeeping teams. Handle deliveries, stock management, and supplier coordination. Train, schedule, and motivate team members to deliver consistently high service levels. Handle guest feedback confidently and constructively. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Maintain a professional, approachable, and proactive attitude at all times.

About You

Minimum 10 years' experience in hospitality, including supervisory or management roles. Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for service excellence. Able to confidently oversee restaurant, bar, and reception operations. Organised, reliable, and adaptable -- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience using booking and POS systems is an advantage. Must be able to work weekends and cover both morning and evening shifts. Early shifts start at 7:30 AM. Evening shifts typically finish between 10:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
