AFGolfStore is a growing golf retail business with 5 stores. Our largest store based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes moves into its 3rd year in 2024 and we are looking for a Senior club fitter to raise the bar.
Ideal for passionate golfers with thirst for sales and service and knowledge of club fitting and retail .
```Duties:```
- Lead Custom Fitting at our Milton Keynes store
- Work with Store Manager and team to ensure high level of customer service
- Work with team to hit store sales targets
- Maintain the custom fit studio and service
- Work with our club build centre to ensure customer after sales are high level
```Qualifications:```
- Experience in Club fitting
- Experience in Retail environment and sales driven
- Knowledge of latest golf equipment
- PGA Professional considered as coaching opportunities available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 27,000.00-31,000.00 per year
