We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services while fostering a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in various styling techniques, coupled with your ability to mentor our academy stylists, will contribute to the overall success of our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for the hair industry.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs. Mentor and train academy stylists, sharing your knowledge and skills to enhance their development. Manage daily operations at the salon, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment.

Experience

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in various hair techniques. Experience in mentoring or training staff is highly desirable. Familiarity with barbering techniques is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Previous experience in salon management or front desk operations is beneficial.
