We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairdressing and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' experience while also mentoring junior stylists and contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Duties

Deliver high-quality hair cutting, colouring, and styling services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with each appointment. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue. Mentor junior stylists, sharing your expertise in techniques and customer service. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and maintaining an organised workspace. Maintain a clean and safe working environment Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service.

Skills

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work qualified NVQ 2 minimum. Expertise in cutting, colouring and styling techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the team. Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining client satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Knowledge of hair extension application techniques is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences. Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to collaborate with other stylists and staff.
