Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client expectations. Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalised recommendations. Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised. Upsell additional services such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, and hair treatments to enhance client experience. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere that encourages creativity and teamwork. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering techniques, and beauty products.

Experience

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in store management is an advantage but not essential. Familiarity with makeup application techniques is desirable. Skills in barbering will be considered an asset. Pay: 37,000.00-40,663.00 per year
