We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hairdressing techniques, customer service, and store management. This role involves providing exceptional hair services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients. The Hair Stylist will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and assist with front desk operations.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
Engage in upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment to ensure a pleasant experience for clients.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in store management or willingness to learn is an advantage.
Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
A passion for mentoring others in the beauty industry is highly valued.
