The Domestic Abuse Harmful Behaviour Case Manager is responsible for leading and implementing interventions aimed at addressing, changing, and disrupting, harmful behaviour exhibited by perpetrators of domestic abuse. This role requires working with a caseload of individuals who engage in abusive behaviour to proactively facilitate and coordinate responses that incorporate: multi-agency actions to disrupt abusive behaviour, support to address additional needs that otherwise stand in the way of the change process, denial focused behaviour change, and promoting victim safety. The Case Manager will collaborate with partner agencies, develop intervention plans, provide ongoing support to achieve positive outcomes, and serve as an expert in responding to those who harm.
