Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Heating Engineer

with extensive experience in

air source heat pump installations

to join our elite team. This role involves working on

prestigious projects

, ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Installation of air source heat pump systems

in high-end residential properties and luxury new builds. Carry out

commissioning, servicing, and maintenance

of ASHP systems. Work closely with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless installations. Provide

expert guidance

to clients and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with

industry standards, regulations, and health & safety guidelines

. Train and mentor junior engineers as part of a

high-performing

team.

What We're Looking For

?

5+ years' experience

in the heating or renewable energy industry, with a strong background in

air source heat pumps

.
? Proven track record of

high-quality installations

in premium residential properties.
?

OFTEC qualification

(desirable but not essential).
? Strong understanding of heating system

design, pipework installation, and controls

.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering

first-class workmanship

.
? A team player with a

strong work ethic

and a passion for renewables.
? Full UK driving license.
