The Crab & Lobster and Crab Manor Hotel is an award winning luxury hotel and restaurant set in tranquil gardens near Thirsk in North Yorkshire.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly reception team at Crab Manor.

Duties involve welcoming guests and making sure they have a unforgettable experience during their stay, making bookings, checking guests in and out , cash handling and dealing with some administration. You will need to be proficient at working on computers and have administration and have customer service experience in the hospitality industry, as this is a senior position.

There are excellent opportunities for progression and further development within the company, for enthusiastic and motivated individuals.

We have a part time positions available working up to 24 hours a week. Please note that weekend and evening working is essential for this position. Flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays etc would be an advantage.

In return we offer a pay package up to 14.00 per hour, depending on experience
