As our team grows, we are seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join our team of HR professionals in a client-facing role, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations cases. The role involves building strong relationships and delivering value-added support across a broad spectrum of HR issues. Interested?

What we need you to bring to the team:

Expert HR advice and support on complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, appeals and performance management. The ability to develop strong client relationships through in-person visits as well as remote support, understanding their needs and delivering HR advice as well as delivering training to clients around new legislation. A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices, whilst staying ahead of current legislation to keep us compliant and competitive. Contribute to the wider team by sharing internal knowledge and mentoring junior team members where appropriate. The desire to grow and develop within the team in the medium term.
