Senior HR Manager
to lead day-to-day HR delivery and drive a long-term people strategy that supports transformation and engagement across a diverse workforce.
This is an
on-site, full-time role
reporting into senior leadership, with strategic HR support from an international partner.
Your Impact:
Shape and deliver the estate's People Strategy
Guide managers through employee relations, recruitment, absence and more
Lead policy development and ensure HR compliance
Support organisational change, leadership development and cultural transformation
Oversee onboarding, training and wellbeing initiatives
Mentor and manage an HR Assistant
Implement and maintain HR systems (e.g. Breathe HR), records and KPIs
What You'll Need:
CIPD Level 5 or higher
5+ years in senior HR roles (preferably in complex or mixed-use settings)
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confident working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Hands-on approach, especially in dynamic or changing environments
Nice to Have:
Experience in heritage, academic or visitor attraction settings
Exposure to cultural transformation projects
Familiarity with international or dual-structure organisations
