We are seeking a Senior ICT Support Officer to support the Clinical Systems Portfolio. This full-time role offers a unique chance to work closely with clinical colleagues and alongside the offices of the CCIO(Chief Clinical Information Officer) and CNIO(Chief Nursing Information Officer),driving innovation in healthcare delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to:



Play a pivotal role in implementing, supporting, and optimising the clinical applications we have in BCU.

Provide valuable support across the clinical systems portfolio, ensuring that technology meets the evolving needs of our clinical teams and patients.

Provide Floor walking, training, and hands-on support will be integral to your role as you assist clinical staff in using IT solutions effectively.



This is an ideal role for individuals with an interest in ICT or healthcare, particularly those with patient care experience looking to expand their career into technology. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for career development.



What we're looking for:



A customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication and customer service skills.

The ability to build strong relationships with clinical and operational staff while delivering practical IT solutions.

A methodical, logical approach to problem-solving, with high attention to detail.

Adaptability and flexibility, as occasional evening or weekend work may be required.



Experience in training methods, including on-the-job coaching and virtual learning, is a bonus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organisational skills are essential for handling multiple priorities.
