The Insights team is an integral and fast expanding department within LiveScore Group. As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will support data driven decision making across the business to advise senior leaders within the LiveScore Media department.We're looking for a data-driven enthusiast with commercial acumen to take ownership of our ad-unit performance, working to maximise revenue across various ad inventory channels, inventory types and performance metrics.You'll be empowered to make meaningful contributions, translating complex data and identifying monetisation and growth opportunities that influence key strategic decisions. You'll collaborate with teams and senior stakeholders across the business, turning insights into impact.   • Analyse and deliver insight to optimise ad performance metrics (e.g. eCPM, fill rate, viewability, CTR) across inventory types and channels (programmatic, direct etc) to identify performance & revenue growth opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of ad inventory dynamics to identify underperforming segments, channels, inventory inefficiencies, and untapped monetisation opportunities.
  • A proven track record of leading projects, working collaboratively with various stakeholders in cross-functional departments and driving actionable insight & recommendations.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimise ad placement and formats with supporting analysis.
  • Improve data collection and reporting processes and maintain the integrity of commercial data sources.
  • Closely monitoring, managing and assisting in forecasting plans & budgets for LiveScore Media and within the ad ecosystem.
  • Monitoring overall business performance and driven to investigating changes in core KPIs that impact the Media business.
  • The ability to prioritise personal tasks efficiently through understanding business needs and value.
  • Self- identify areas of improvement within the business through proactive analysis and self-thought initiatives to support business growth.
  • Apply segmentation analysis techniques to understand audience behaviour, ad engagement patterns, and value differentiation across user cohorts.
  • Use SQL and other tools to deliver proactive insights, deep-dive into user behaviour, inventory performance, and trends to support monetisation strategies.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Strong grasp in digital advertising, yield optimisation, ad monetisation or performance metrics in the media landscape. Experience working within sports, publishing, or media organisations a bonus.
  • Advanced understanding of SQL (Big Query) and analysing large datasets. Analytical languages (Python, R) are a plus.
  • Experience with visualisation and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker Studio or similar) or large data such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) or Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to think commercially and analytically, balancing ad optimisation goals with UX and product performance.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations and deliver regular reporting and insights.
  • Ability to learn in a fast-changing work environment, diving in to challenges and proactively identifying opportunities and providing solutions.
  • Ability to coach and mentor other members of the team with a friendly and sociable nature.
  • Confident communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and can engage senior stakeholders with clarity and influence.
  • Segmentation, clustering or modelling experience desirable but not essential.
