Role Description



This role requires a strategic, experienced, creative, energetic, self-motivated and team-oriented individual that has marketing experience, an enthusiasm for content, promotions and marketing management success, and would like to work within our industry with teams across international markets. You will need to be an incredible project manager and passionate collaborator, love the thrill of envisioning an idea, developing, leading and managing the execution, and take pride in contributing to the success of your team within our organisation.


You will manage high-impact global campaigns, drive innovation and measurable growth in marketing processes and platforms, develop content, build best-practice playbooks to drive operational excellence and optimisation across global markets, and deliver exceptional results across digital and social ecosystems.


You will be coordinating, developing and leading marketing plans for shows and tours, managing marketing promotions and projects, developing content, working directly with marketing teams across numerous international markets, coordinating programs, reporting, plans, applying digital technology and tools and helping us lead marketing and optimise efficiencies within our organisation. An ability to understand marketing planning in digital, budget management and tracking is valuable, and an interest in learning new, cutting-edge marketing and business tools to apply with marketing teams will be key. Working with numerous teams you will be developing and compiling cutting edge strategic marketing programs, coordinating marketing materials for teams, helping to review, access, measure and plan communications tools, using data and applying insight with our teams. This role is a key part of executing exceptional marketing programs and content, and internal coordination of details, guideline and program requirements in a fast pace, passionate live entertainment industry. Demonstrable marketing plan experience: planning, creative, use of digital tools, consumer insights, project management. Skilled in social media, CRM, digital content, and campaign execution Experienced in developing and managing multiple projects at scale to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment Data-savvy with strong reporting and analysis skills Presentation skills and stakeholder communication Demonstrate passion for the customer and understanding what makes them tick (and click) Confident and experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel and Google Workspace Outstanding listening skills to identify project needs, requirements and applications Previous experience in a fast-paced role and team Reporting skills Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
