MSS Water, part of the RSK Group are recruiting for a Senior Key Account Manager to join the team based in Cardiff, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and provide guidance to Key Account Managers and Junior Key Account Managers, helping them to develop their skills, knowledge, and strategies for managing key accounts effectively.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, surpassing client expectations and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) of key accounts, ensuring financial health and profitability.
  • Manage and supervise the daily operational activities of key accounts, aligning with contractual requirements and financial objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, including Legionella Control Association guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in mentorship and development of account management teams, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
  • Extensive experience and deep understanding of the water and chemical treatment industry.
  • Experience in assisting with internal and external audits, including knowledge of standards set by bodies like the Legionella Control Association.
  • Proven team management and leadership skills.
