The successful candidate will receive support and development from a world class executive team who help manage the school.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to secure high standards of achievement, quality teaching, and outstanding pupil outcomes. Support, motivate, and challenge staff to deliver the school's vision and uphold its values. Lead the development and implementation of whole-school initiatives, policies, and improvement plans. Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning across the school, using data and evidence to drive improvement. Coach and mentor staff at all levels, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration. Model outstanding practice and high expectations in all aspects of school life. Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff, governors, and the wider community. Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all pupils. Play a key role in the day-to-day running and strategic development of the school.

Experience

A qualified teacher or senior leader with a proven record or aspiration of raising standards and driving school improvement. A strong ability to lead, inspire, and motivate staff teams. In-depth understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and effective teaching practices. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. A genuine passion for delivering the very best educational outcomes for all children.
