We are the number one estate agent in Harrow on the Hill.

In the last 54 years, we have been serving vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants creating one of the best property brands in Northwest London.

We are growing fast and we are now looking to add an ambitious Lettings Consultant or Senior Lettings Consultant who can be promoted to a Lettings Manager very soon subject to meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a small team of letting agents to achieve team goals and provide excellent service to clients. Market Understanding: Demonstrate a fair knowledge of the prime London rental market, staying informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Unique Resources: Utilize unique resources provided by the agency to offer clients a differentiated and superior service not found in other agencies. Legal Awareness: Develop a basic understanding of residential lettings laws and regulations in the UK to ensure compliance in day-to-day operations. Client Interaction: Interact with landlords and tenants, providing assistance and building positive relationships to enhance client satisfaction. Punctuality and Presentation: Exhibit punctuality and maintain a professional appearance, representing the agency's commitment to excellence. Drive and Ambition: Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, displaying drive and ambition to progress within the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the residential lettings industry. Desire to progress a career in the real estate sector. Basic understanding of residential lettings laws in the UK (desired). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Punctual, well-presented, and professional. Ambitious with a proactive attitude toward achieving career goals.

Pay: 21,000.00-24,000.00 per year
