The Role

As a

Senior Lettings Consultant

, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the Ash Vale branch through excellent customer service, negotiation, and business generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Register and qualify new applicants Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants Prepare tenancy paperwork and ensure full legal compliance before move-ins Arrange and oversee tenant reference checks Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants Identify and develop new business opportunities, including booking valuations Stay up to date with lettings legislation and company procedures Support general office operations and team activities as required

About You

The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, and passionate about lettings -- someone who can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional results.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in

Lettings

(essential) Strong

negotiation and communication skills

Professional and

immaculate presentation

Full UK driving licence (essential)
