We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. You will play a key role in managing the lettings side, from start to finish, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for property and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering new applicants and matching them to suitable properties Conducting property inspections and inventories when necessary Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all compliance documents are in place Managing the move-in process and liaising with all parties involved Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Keeping up to date with lettings legislation and market trends Supporting other team members Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential lettings Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service and communication skills A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Competent with IT and property management software

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous estate agency experience is desirable but not essential Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment Strong customer service and communication skills A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Competent with IT and property management software

Working hours include 1 in 3 Saturday (9am-3pm)
