We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This role is pivotal in facilitating property sales and lettings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property market.
Duties
Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
Negotiate rental agreements, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using our database systems.
Stay informed about local market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media.
Carry out market appraisals, valuations and landlord consultations with confidence and professionalism,
Skills
MUST have at least 2 years experience as a senior lettings negotiator.
Proven administrative experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
