Duties

, building strong relationships with landlords, and driving market share in the local lettings market

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information to potential buyers and tenants. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring favourable outcomes for all parties involved. Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions. Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth processing of contracts and documentation. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients. Utilise marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various platforms.

Requirements

Proven administrative experience in lettings environment is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
