We are currently seeking a

Senior Manager - Account Support & Revenue

on a

fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave

In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and directors to oversee key business functions--driving revenue, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. We're looking for a leader with a proven track record in sales, revenue and account management, and the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Summary



We are seeking a Senior Revenue Manager

( Maternity Cover)

to join our dynamic team located in the vibrant heart of London's financial centre. This role is pivotal in driving revenue strategies and optimizing pricing models to enhance our market position and profitability.

Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities: Support the General Manager and senior leadership in maximising revenue and maintaining service excellence for our global traveller clientele. Oversee all aspects of

MySqua.re Reservations

, Revenue, Service Quality, and the Global Concierge Desk. Lead the Corporate Agent Desk and manage key London-based corporate accounts. Manage a 24/7 team, ensuring adherence to targets, KPIs, and service level agreements. Uphold and contribute to our Reservations SOP to optimise systems, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Assist in launching and managing new projects aimed at enhancing the customer journey. Own the day-to-day operations of the Account Support department. Apply strategic revenue management techniques to negotiate rates and hit financial targets. Develop budgets for the reservation department and oversee pricing strategy across OTAs, corporate channels, and listing portals. Supervise the Concierge and Customer Service teams, resolving escalated issues and ensuring guest satisfaction. Drive the growth of direct leisure bookings and support marketing efforts to improve website conversions. Manage training for new hires and provide performance insights to leadership through regular reporting. Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency, guest satisfaction, and departmental cost control

What We're Looking For:



Travel and tourism professional with 10+ years of relevant experience. Proven leadership and team management skills. Hands-on experience in both revenue management and reservations is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities. A proactive, motivated, and customer-focused mindset. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
