Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Operational Resilience to lead and coordinate our organization's efforts to ensure the stability and sustainability of operations in the face of disruption. This critical role is responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders in designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Operational Resilience Program that integrates crisis management, business continuity, and operational risk considerations across all business units.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and proactive leader with experience navigating complex environments, building partnerships across organizational lines of defense, and fostering a culture of resilience. You will play a key role in identifying and mitigating risks, guiding cross-functional teams through preparedness efforts, and supporting the organization's ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions.
This role is eligible for remote/hybrid work with occasional office visits and reports to the Senior Director, Facilities, Real Estate & Sustainability.



What You'll DoSupport the development, publishing, implementation, and maintenance of a cohesive Operational Resilience Program to ensure continuity of operations, programs, and initiatives. Establish and monitor metrics to track the implementation and effectiveness of resilience initiatives. Maintain and regularly update crisis management protocols and procedures. Support crisis response efforts, ensuring timely, coordinated, and effective actions during emergencies. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures; promote consistency and integration across business lines of defense. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed resilience principles into planning and implementation processes. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships across departments to drive adoption of resilience best practices. Promote a culture of resilience by leading awareness, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Conduct operational risk assessments in partnership with Enterprise Risk Management and Information Security teams. Leverage external partnerships and networks to enhance the organization's resilience capabilities. Assist in documentation, coordination, and tracking of program activities, as well as compiling data to support monitoring and reporting.


What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience implementing resilience or continuity programs in a complex organization. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functional areas. Knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, or similar). Familiarity with enterprise risk management practices and operational risk assessment methodologies. Experience facilitating training and conducting crisis simulations or tabletop exercises Experience in a global or nonprofit environment preferred. Professional certifications such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute), or Crisis Management Certification a plus. proficiency in additional languages is a plus Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as needed; no more than 10%

Expected Salary Range

for London Based Candidates: 80,000 - 90,000 per yearExpected Salary Range for US Based Candidates: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
