You'll take ownership of our online strategy, from website performance and SEO to paid advertising and social campaigns, helping us reach more homebuyers and grow our brand visibility across K W Bell Group.
As part of our close-knit, office-based marketing and sales team, you'll work hands-on across all digital platforms, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver standout campaigns with measurable results.
What you'll do:
Develop and deliver Bell Homes' digital marketing strategy.
Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
Oversee website content, SEO, and user experience improvements.
Create engaging digital content, visuals, and short-form videos.
Use analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Support sales launches, community campaigns, and on-site marketing.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing (property or construction preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Confident managing websites (WordPress) and digital performance tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Creative eye for content and storytelling, with strong copywriting skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Office-based and collaborative, this is a hands-on, in-person role.
