The purpose of the role is to drive a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline within the 'Healthcare' sector whilst ensuring that the business brand and reputation is both protected and enhanced.
As a Head of Marketing, you'll need to:
Create awareness of and develop the brand of NEC Software Solutions and healthcare propositions
Communicate with target audiences building and developing a clear understanding and recognition of our brand proposition
Implement robust marketing programmes including advertising, direct marketing, digital and media relations to drive customer acquisition and retention
work closely with in-house and external creative agencies to develop consistent marketing materials
Write and proofread marketing copy, that resonates with the Healthcare market sector
Produce creative content
Manage social media channels to generate impact
Develop and manage a wide range of audience such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
And with support, you'll need to:
Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy for the Healthcare proposition
Manage stakeholders' expectations
Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for management
Monitor and report on competitor activity
lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role. Preferably within Healthcare Tech or the NHS/HSE (Ireland)
Demonstrable experience in B2B environment.
Automation - experience in developing, executing, and measuring email marketing campaigns.
Writing compelling and relevant content for a range of channels including social media experience.
Strong communication skills externally and internally - able to dialogue at CX level
Able to work with a variety of stakeholders and assimilate their views

Flexible and self-motivated - able to work without supervision
