Job Description

A growing boutique asset management firm is hiring for a Senior Marketing Manager. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing acting as their deputy to drive marketing plans across a global remit.

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions
• Lead a team of 3 providing mentorship and establishing best practise
• Demonstrate creativity by suggesting new ideas and tactics across all media forms
• Develop and deliver PR strategy and plans in partnership with agencies
• Build strong working relationships with distribution teams and wider business stakeholders
• Develop brand visibility and awareness for global markets
• Ensure objectives are in line with marketing action plans, focusing on client centricity

Experience required:

• A track record in developing, delivering and leading marketing plans globally
• Knowledge of both institutional and wholesale markets
• A commercial mindset and proactive approach
• Excellent organisation, communication and influencing ability
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape for asset management
• Ability to embed strong working principles and processes within the marketing team
