My client, a leading travel business based in London, is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager into their fast paced and growing marketing team - Currently going through a sustained period of growth this role is a key hire to the business. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will define and deliver the annual marketing strategy across a range of channels.

My client, a passionate disruptor, creates Innovative and cutting-edge content to stay at the forefront of the youth travel space. The Senior Marketing Manager role will manage the day-to-day prioritises of a busy marketing team, alongside building end to end campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

This role will suit a Marketing Manager ready to take the next step up - You will be a creative collaborator, results driven, and hands on with he delivery of global marketing campaigns.

The Role:

  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaign, collaborating with and coordinating internal channel specialists to bring campaigns to life.
  • Responsible for the planning, management and coordination of marketing initiatives ,from conception to delivery.
  • Ensure all branded communications adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure a consistent message across the market.
  • Conduct competitor and market research, identifying key areas for development and growth.
  • Regular reporting on marketing performance, using insights and data to optimise marketing initiatives moving forward.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, and within budget.
The Candidate:
  • Experience within a similar marketing manager role - ideally within the Travel, B2C or consumer space.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to present key messages in concise copy
  • Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across web, social, email, events, PR etc..
  • Analytical, with the ability to optimise campaigns based on insights and reporting.
  • Commercially driven and highly creative.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
