Your New Role...
Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our care teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with: Administering medication, personal care, team supervisions, developing, implementing and updating care plans adhering to CQC guidelines, coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs.
The night shift is: 20:00 - 08:00

A leader:
Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands-on approach.
Qualifications:
Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold and NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care, and have experience within a similar role.

Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong working relationships.
Caring by nature:
An enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for making people's lives that little bit brighter each day.
