SENIOR NIGHT CARER - A New Career for the New Year!

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate

Senior Night Carer

to join our dedicated team, providing comfort, safety, and support to our 17 residents throughout the night.

As the

lead carer on shift

, you'll oversee the smooth running of the home, guide and support the night team, and ensure the highest standards of care are upheld at all times.

Your Responsibilities

Supervising and supporting junior night staff Providing hands-on personal care and emotional reassurance Monitoring residents' wellbeing and responding promptly to any needs Completing night checks, updating care plans, accurate record keeping, and handovers Promoting dignity, comfort, and safety throughout the night

What We're Looking For

Previous paid experience caring for older people (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Experience administering medication safely and accurately Confident leadership and strong communication skills Compassion, reliability, and professionalism NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
