SENIOR NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT

A 36 or 48 hour week, full time salary 14.50 per hour

Our company is looking for a senior night carer to direct the team of Care Assistants. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing good care, working in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative to ensure that residents are well cared for. Support is given to ensure that you can make decisions and provide good care using your knowledge of older people. This position requires a high level of confidence with being a leader, the ability to work well with a team, and having compassion for those we look after.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate a team of staff. Manage and administer medication to residents. Ensure staff know what they need to be doing and monitor them to ensure they are doing it. Communicate with health professionals, including Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics. Recording of care using an electronic care planning system. Hands on personal care provision

Pay: 14.50 per hour
