Birling House is a Residential Care Home supporting individuals with Physical and Neurological conditions with a focus on Huntington's Disease.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our invaluable night care team to lead the existing staff in providing person-centred care and support to the Residents that call Birling House their home.
We are looking for a candidate that is kind, caring and compassionate and is able to manage a team to deliver a high standard of individual care to each of our residents, whilst maintaining their dignity, as well as delivering their clinical and health requirements on an individual basis.
The role includes:
Supervising care staff to ensure a high standard of individual care is delivered to each resident and organising the workload of each member of the team.
Overseeing and liaising with residents, health professionals and families if appropriate regarding all aspects of the daily care of residents.
Administering prescribed medication to residents and assisting in the management of an effective system.
Delivering the clinical and health requirements of residents as part of the Care Team
A Driving Licence is preferred and candidates are required to have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or relevant experience in a similar role to be considered for the position.

Candidates may elect to work either 12 shifts per 4 week rota period.
Max of two weekends per rota period at weekends.
Shift times 8.30pm to 7.30am
