We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join our dedicated nursing team on night shifts. As Senior Nurse, you will play a key leadership role within the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care and supporting your team to provide exceptional service to our residents.This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse with strong clinical and leadership skills to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise nursing and care teams during night shifts. Deliver person-centred clinical care in line with NMC standards. Administer medication and manage care documentation accurately. Support and mentor junior staff to maintain excellent care standards. Ensure resident wellbeing, dignity, and safety at all times.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (
RGN/RMN
) with validNMC PIN
. Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills. Minimum1-2 years of nursing home experience
. Experience managing or leading a small care team. Excellent communication and organisational skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 22.00-24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
