Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced

Senior Night Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our team in PO3 5GA. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee clinical standards, and lead a small team during night shifts. You will be responsible for ensuring residents' health, safety, and well-being while maintaining accurate records and supporting best practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse with leadership skills to take the next step in their career.

Requirements:



RGN / RMN with valid NMC registration Previous experience working in a nursing home Strong clinical knowledge and good clinical practice experience Experience in managing or leading a small team Excellent communication and leadership skills

Role Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality nursing care and clinical support to residents Supervise and manage a small team of care staff during night shifts Ensure safe medication administration and compliance with care plans Support the Home Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of care standards Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safeguarding practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 22.00-24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
