Requirements:
RGN / RMN with valid NMC registration
Previous experience working in a nursing home
Strong clinical knowledge and good clinical practice experience
Experience in managing or leading a small team
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Role Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care and clinical support to residents
Supervise and manage a small team of care staff during night shifts
Ensure safe medication administration and compliance with care plans
Support the Home Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of care standards
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safeguarding practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 22.00-24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
