Full-time, 36-48 hours per week (Night shifts)

Pay:

22.00 - 24.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Senior Night Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically skilled nurse with leadership ability to take responsibility for managing a small team during night shifts, ensuring safe and effective care for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the night shift team, ensuring high standards of care Provide clinical expertise and hands-on nursing care Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with care standards Promote a safe, supportive, and caring environment for residents
Requirements

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

Previous

nursing home experience

is essential Strong clinical background and excellent communication skills Experience managing or supervising a small team of staff A commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care
