Full-Time Senior Nursery Practitioner

to join our supportive and experienced team.

Working Pattern

Full-time, permanent role (Will consider part-time for the right candidate) 4 days per week

3 days off every week

Salary:

26,700 - 28,000 per year (depending on experience)

Your Day-to-Day

Supporting the

overall running of the nursery

alongside management Acting as a

senior member of staff

, supervising and supporting colleagues Planning and delivering engaging activities for children aged

0-4 years

Creating fun, stimulating learning environments in line with the

EYFS framework

Observing, assessing, and planning for

individual children's interests, needs, and next steps

Mentoring new staff members and contributing to staff development Ensuring

safeguarding policies

, procedures, and

Ofsted requirements

are met at all times Building positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider team

Who We're Looking For

Minimum

Level 3 qualification in Childcare

At least

2 years' experience

working with children aged 0-4 Confident, caring, and passionate about early years education Comfortable supporting and guiding other staff members Committed to high standards of care and learning
