We are seeking a Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Linden Group . In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education for children. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare services. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards. Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of children. Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community. Monitor children's progress and provide support to staff in their development. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in childcare management or early childhood education. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A deep understanding of early childhood development principles. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
